Future Comm has evolved from several different Comm and IT endeavors sence February 2001 that have succeeded by providing superior services and consultations of what would be best for the customer, even if it meant sending the customer to another vender.
Future Comm Warranty
Future Comm shall take care of all in warranty and shipping damage issues at no cost to the customer.
New equipment warranty is warranted from the manufacturer for their warranty period. Refurbished phone equipment warranty is taken care of solely by Future Comm and not the manufacturer.
Terms and Returns
Equipment Returns
Equipment returned to Future Comm for any reason other then warranty and failure shall be subject to a full refund of the purchase price, less the 30% Restocking Fee, less shipping and handling fees, and charges for any installation services or services delivered. Equipment must be returned in its original packing and be ready for resale. All out of the box returns shall be on a 50% buy back basis only. No equipment shall be returned to Future Comm after 14 days of delivery.
All WARRANTY and RETURN equipment returned to Future Comm must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued byE System Sales, Inc. All returned items without a RMA number will not be excepted by Future Comm.
